• Oregon Community Bank Continues to Grow with New Hires and Promotes from Within

    Oregon, WI (August 2018) -- Oregon Community Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Elyse Smithback to Senior Vice President - Business Banking, John Breidenbach to Senior Vice President - Business Banking, David Ross to Vice President – Credit Administration, Aura Guzman to Vice President – Loan Servicing and Quality Assurance. Ann Becker to Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Loan Officer and Karla Tydrich to Mortgage Operations Supervisor.

    In addition to internal promotions, OCB has welcomed two new employees.  Brian O’Handley has joined the OCB team as Vice President of Mortgage Lending. In his role, Brian will oversee the construction lending operation, investor relations and business development.  He will continue to originate home construction, refinances and purchases. Brian’s passion for the industry is driven by his desire to help first time home buyers realize a life milestone, as well as working with current home owners on improving their financial portfolio and being part of a team of smart, dedicated professionals.

    Oregon Community Bank also welcomes Joshua Rounds to the bank as Assistant Vice President, Residential and Consumer Loan Officer.  Rounds’ primary focus will be assisting banking clients with all of their lending needs as well as supporting the continued growth of Oregon Community Bank.  Joshua joins Oregon Community Bank with twelve years of experience in lending and has two degrees from Lakeland College in Business Management and Marketing.
