SLEEP INN & SUITES HOTEL BREAKS GROUND IN OREGON

Oregon, WI (May 9, 2018) – Sleep Inn & Suites by Choice Hotels has officially broke ground in Oregon, WI. The $4.5 million hotel, that will be located at 1120 Park Street in Oregon, is slated to open in late 2018. The Sleep Inn & Suites is owned by Oregon Hotel, LLC and will be managed by S&L Hospitality, under a license agreement with Choice Hotels. The hotel is set to employee approximately 25 full- and part-time employees.
 
“This new hotel is being designed to cater to business travelers as well as leisure guests visiting the area,” said Eric Lund, owner of S&L Hospitality. “Oregon is long overdue for a hotel given the number of local businesses, wedding venues and nearby sports complexes that host tournaments throughout the year. S&L Hospitality is based in Verona, and has a number of employees working on this project that grew up and still live in Oregon. We are all proud to be part of something that will provide a positive economic impact in our local community.”
 
Once built, the first-class 66-room hotel will feature over 500 feet of meeting and birthday event space, a large indoor pool with an indoor/outdoor swim through hot tub, complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, a 24-hour business center and fitness center.
