Marechiel R. Santos-Lang
Executive Director

Marechiel brings to the chamber fifteen years of experience in
international event planning, client & member generation, marketing
management, advertising & promotions, development education, radio & television broadcasting and public speaking. Born and raised in the Philippines, Marechiel moved to the United States in 2003 to serve as
international conference & special events manager at a credit union
trade association. Prior to the move, she spent years in her native Davao City as TV and radio news anchor. The job eventually led her to become a marketing manager for a large retail company learning strategies in "Guerilla" and "Word of Mouth" marketing. She then got hired to head the marketing department of a United States Agency for International Development funded project and later got promoted to Deputy Project Director. With huge success in every program she spearheaded, Marechiel began traveling throughout Southeast Asia to speak about and provide consultancy to CEOs and senior management teams on effective marketing management. Marechiel earned a communications / broadcasting degree from the University of the Philippines and for many years was a single mother of four kids (ages 10-15). Marechiel is now married to Chris Santos-Lang and is active in her church' International Club. She dances ballroom with her husband, and plays sports her kids love, including tennis, badminton, biking, roller-blading and ice-skating. She looks forward to regular one-on-one date nights with each member of her family. |

Kristin McGuine

| Kristin McGuine is an experienced marketing consultant and non-profit program developer. Kristin has more than twelve years of professional experience. Prior to joining the OACC, Kristin worked as a marketing consultant and as Associate Director at the Simpson Street Free Press, a non-profit education program. Kristin is an Oregon resident, living here with her husband, Patrick, and two sons. Kristin has been active in our community through Boy Scouts and the Oregon Youth Baseball League for several years. Kristin serves as Operations Specialist for the Chamber. She assists in member development focusing on member service and member retention. She also assists in writing publications and in event implementation. Kristin works part-time for the Chamber. |

Lili Caruso
General Services Staff

|
Lili is a sophomore at Oregon High School. Her favorite subject in school is Chemistry, because she enjoys the labs. In her free time, Lili plays tennis and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lili's responsibilities at the Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce office include facilitating member Welcome Signs requests, helping with forms filing, encoding data on Excel
spreadsheet projects, preparing mailings and updating the events calendar at the Chamber website. |
