Marechiel R. Santos-Lang
Executive Director

|
Marechiel brings to the chamber 18 years of experience in international event planning, client & member generation, marketing management, advertising & promotions, development education, radio & television broadcasting and public speaking. Born and raised in the Philippines, Marechiel relocated to the U.S. in 2003 to serve at a credit union trade association. Prior to the move, she spent years in her native Davao City as TV and radio news anchor. She got hired to head the marketing department of a United States Agency for International Development funded project and was later promoted to Deputy Project Director. With huge success in every program she spearheaded, Marechiel began traveling throughout Southeast Asia to speak about and provide consultancy to credit union CEOs and senior management teams on effective marketing management. Marechiel earned a broadcasting degree from the University of the Philippines and for many years was a single mother of four kids, now ages 12-17. Marechiel is married to Chris Santos-Lang. She currently serves as commissioner for the Dane County Community Development Block Grant Commission and board member of the Oregon Cable TV Foundation Board. She actively volunteers in the Belleville Schools and is the Parent Co-Chair of the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Kristin McGuine
Member Services Manager
|
|
Kristin McGuine provides member services support including member marketing consulting, advertising or promotions materials design, database management and membership education. She designs, lays-out and helps write all member print publications. She also develops the chamber's event and program websites. Kristin is an experienced marketing consultant and non-profit program developer. Kristin has more than twelve years of professional experience. Prior to joining the chamber, Kristin worked as a marketing consultant and as Associate Director at the Simpson Street Free Press, a non-profit education program. Kristin is an Oregon resident, living here with her husband, Patrick, and two sons. Kristin has been active in our community through the Boy Scouts and the Oregon Youth Baseball League for several years.

Lili Caruso
General Services Staff
|
|
Lili assists in general member services in the chamber office. Her responsibilities include facilitating member Welcome Signs requests, helping with forms filing, encoding data on Excel spreadsheet projects, updating member information into the chamber website, uploading photos taken at member events, preparing mailings and updating the events calendar online. Lili helps during chamber's events' execution and provides support to general office work.
Lili is a Senior at Oregon High School. In her free time, Lili plays tennis and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She plans to pursue a Forensics Science degree in UW Milwaukee in the Fall of 2010. |
