Please Join Us As a Featured Brewer:
This year, we anticipate attracting 1,200 beer enthusiasts from all over Wisconsin and out-of-state and hope to feature at least 120 beers by 40 brewers. This event is a fund-raiser for the Chamber. Monies we raise through the event allow us to respond to the growing needs of our community. In particular, we will be featuring the road re-construction project of our downtown, in our hope to raise funds to pay for way-finding & directional signage to assist local area businesses affected by the re-route during the construction period.
In compliance with the WI Brewer’s Guild and State Laws we request that you supply to us the following based on Price-Per-Retailer Criteria amounting $150-$200. Each brewer can feature up to 5 beers. Please plan on invoicing us at the event for a 15 days term.
We request that all participating brewers provide/plan for the following:
A prize for a drawing; (Please indicate what kind in your Brewer’s Participation Form) Provision of 8 ˝ x 11 logo sign for each of your featured beer which will be posted by your table; Provision of a Banner with your brand logo which will be hung around the tents Cooler/bin Staffing on the day of the event from 1:00-6:00 PM (Set up begins at 10AM. Max of 3 staff per brewer) Meal allowance for your own staff Description of your beer (To be submitted with Brewer’s Participation Form) Your beer logo in JPG format to be placed at the BrewFest Book (Please email to staff@oregonwi.com)
The deadline to respond on your participation to the event is April 15. We are also attaching advertising opportunities for the Brew Fest Book which you may want to consider.
