Darlene Groenier
Darlene has lived in the Village of Oregon for 31 years, and currently serves as a Trustee on the Oregon Village Board. Throughout her time living here, she has been heavily involved in the Oregon community, from volunteering as t-ball coach and cub scout leader when her four sons were growing up to her membership in local service organizations such as the Oregon Women’s Club and the Oregon Lioness Club. She has helped coordinate the holiday lights and downtown historical and band shelter initiatives and has acted as chairperson for large regional events such as the NWTF Women in the Outdoors Event and for Oregon Summer Fest. Because of her history and experience with the Oregon community, we welcome Darlene as one of our Summer Fest Parade Judges!
