    Job Description
    Oregon Community Access Television is accepting applications for a Program Administrator.
    This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of OCA Media. OCA Media operates two Public Access Television stations broadcasting on Spectrum and TDS cable.
    This position works 15-20 hours/week with a flexible schedule.
    Program Administrator Job Description:
    Support staff in a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for managing calendars, screening, scheduling and assigning staff to record upcoming events.
    Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office and Google Suites a plus. Rely on good judgement in decision making. Ability to work closely with staff and independently. Reports to Executive Director.
    Responsibilities:
    Organize and administer event calendars
    Produce and distribute correspondence
    Maintain contact lists
    Communicate with public, clients, Village of Oregon and School District
    Schedule staff
    Prepare and invoice clients
    Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
    Maintain computer and manual filing systems
    Coordinate office procedures
    Schedule and supervise the work of High School student staff.
    Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge of television industry
    The ideal candidate will be technically skilled with a background or interest in television production. This position requires the ability to learn quickly and organize electronic files. This position may be required to work occasional evening or weekend events and communicate with staff after regular business hours.
    This position offers the potential to gain broadcast television experience in all aspects of production and management.
    OCA Media produces over 275 local television programs each year and is located in the Oregon High School. Background check is required.
