    Name: Sew What?! Gift Bags
    Date: October 6, 2016
    Time: 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM CDT
    Event Description:
Get a head start on sewing gifts for those special people in your life! We’ll start with gift bags in October, and move to smaller projects in November & December, so you’ll have several gifts ready for the holidays. This is our 8th “Sew What” event. Registration is required. Register for Gift Bags online or call 608-835-3656. Please check supply list before class. Space is limited. You bring your own fabric and sewing machine (if possible). Library provides the pattern and instruction plus a couple of sewing machines. The Sew What?! projects are basic enough for those who need practice sewing straight lines. If you haven’t used a sewing machine before, we will do our best to help you. For beginners ages 9 to adult. Children ages 9-12 must have an adult helper. This program may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather. Please call ahead (835-3656) if there are warnings posted for our area on the day of the event. If you have questions about the projects and supplies, contact Mary at 835-2326, or mdavidson@oregonlibrary.org. Find ideas on the Pinterest page of Sew What?!
