Volunteer Opportunities

It takes a village to run Summer Fest - we need over 150 volunteers in a wide variety of tasks!

We have opportunities for kids 13+. Individuals, local businesses, and organizations are encouraged to volunteer.

 

Time Commitment & Roles: 2 and 3-hour time blocks available for:

• Event Set-up
• Main Tent Entry (wristbands & cover charge)
• Bartending (21+)
• Info Booth/Command Center
• Softball Score Keeping & Field Maintenance
• Fireworks Traffic Management (Saturday evening)
• Clean Up (mornings)

Check-In: Volunteers meet at the Oregon Chamber Command Center RV to pick up your FREE Summer Fest t-shirt, task details, location, and necessary materials.

Completion: Return materials to the Command Center and keep your t-shirt as a souvenir.

 

Oregon High Schoolers
Volunteer hours with Oregon Summer Fest will count towards your 40-hour graduation requirement!
